Why are the rates so affordable?

The plan is a group health plan. You'd become a W-2 employee and get employee benefits. If you qualify, you'd be a Research Associate that would provide information about your health and consumer habits. Employees complete activities in return for guaranteed payments. You'd be compensated at a rate of $40 an hour for completing activities. Each activity is designed to take 15 minutes or less to complete.

What benefits are available?

Active Research Associates are eligible for group medical and wellness benefits including Major Medical, HSA, and EPO plan options. Plans utilize PHCS PPO and Cigna PPO/ EPO networks.

When are employee benefits recurring payments due?

The benefit payment auto-drafts on or around the 15th of each month.

If I choose not to complete activities, will this result in termination?

Activities are optional but encouraged as they help monitor and improve your health, reducing the risk of dangerous health conditions and lowering healthcare costs. Failure to perform activities may result in termination of employment.

Can I cancel at any time? What are the restrictions?

Employees may cancel at any time. No partial refunds are given for canceling in the middle of a month, but you'd be covered for the remainder of the month paid.
